We are based in Bengaluru and regularly deliver in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, and other metros — in-person at your venue, virtual for distributed cohorts, or blended where that fits your rollout. Location is a delivery constraint we plan around, not a reason to force a one-size workshop.

Can you deliver at our Bengaluru office?▼
Yes. Most programmes are facilitated in-person at your office or a venue you choose in Bengaluru and across India. Virtual and blended formats are available when cohorts are distributed or travel is constrained.
What do you need before recommending a programme?▼
We start with the behaviour that must change, your audience (roles, seniority, cohort size), delivery constraints (city, virtual or in-person, timeline), and what has already been tried. With that brief we recommend a workshop, simulation, assessment, or — when appropriate — that training is not the right intervention.
Do you work outside Bangalore?▼
Yes. We deliver across India — including Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, and other metros — as well as virtual programmes for distributed teams. Bengaluru is our base; delivery is not limited to one city.
Can we deploy through our LMS?▼
Compliance modules (PoSH, ISMS) and some assessment flows can integrate with your LMS where SCORM or hosted delivery is required. Facilitated simulations and leadership programmes are typically run as live cohort experiences with structured debrief — we will recommend the right mix during scoping.
