Guild Pricing — PAYG Credits & Subscription Plans

Guild pricing is built around one principle: you should not pay a platform subscription when you are not actively using the platform.

PAYG credit packs give you access to the full Guild toolset without a monthly commitment. Buy credits when you have work. Stop when you do not. Subscriptions are for practices that run assessments regularly enough that the per-credit economics of PAYG stop making sense.

PAYG — No subscription required

Pay-as-you-go is the right starting point if you run assessments irregularly, are new to Guild, or want to evaluate the platform before committing to a subscription.

PAYG includes: Up to 5 active assessments at any time; core competency library (3–4 competencies, ~15 items per format); 1 default report template with logo upload; candidate portal access; standard email support.

PAYG does not include Observe (voice notes) or Reflect (360 feedback). Both are available on Studio and Atelier.

Credits expire after 6 months. No rollover. No refunds. You may hold up to 3 packs simultaneously — they are consumed in the order purchased.

Subscription Plans

Subscriptions make sense when your monthly credit usage consistently exceeds what PAYG delivers at comparable cost — or when you need the features that only subscriptions unlock: full competency library, multiple branded templates, Observe, Reflect, and white-label output.

Studio — ₹30,000 / month

For the growing practice.

Boutique OD firms, small consultancies, practices of 2–8 practitioners who run multiple client assessments per month.

• 25% rollover while subscription is active (up to 37 credits carried forward)

• Full white-label: Guild branding removed from all client-facing output — including the candidate portal. Your client sees your firm, not ours.
• Custom competency framework submission — your proprietary frameworks held in a private library only your account can access
• Early access to new templates and features

Enterprise — Custom pricing

Assessment programmes at scale. Organisations running Guild across a large L&D or OD function with custom credit volumes, custom SLAs, and dedicated support.

How credits work

A credit is the unit of consumption on Guild. When you run an assessment, credits are drawn from your balance based on the number of participants and the complexity of the format.

Subscriptions include a monthly credit allocation. PAYG users buy credits in packs. Both pools work the same way — a credit is a credit regardless of how you acquired it.

A note on creation credits: Some assessment configurations — for example, assessments that significantly exceed standard item counts — incur a one-time creation fee drawn from your credit balance at build time. The exact amount is shown before you confirm, so there are no surprises. This applies to PAYG and subscription accounts alike.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a credit worth?

On PAYG Growth, ₹300 per credit (~$3.60). On Studio and Atelier, credits are included in your monthly subscription — the per-credit cost reduces significantly at higher volumes. The exact credit consumption per assessment type is shown in the platform before you run anything.

Do unused subscription credits expire?

On Studio: 25% of your monthly allocation rolls over while your subscription is active (up to 37 credits). On Atelier: full rollover while active. Credits do not roll over if a subscription lapses.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time, effective immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I have more than one account for my firm?

Each subscription has a seat allowance: Studio supports up to 3 practitioners, Atelier up to 10. For larger teams, contact us about Enterprise.

What happens to my assessments if I cancel?

Your assessment data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation. We recommend exporting your data before closing an account.

Is Guild suitable for hiring and selection decisions?

No. Guild is a development assessment platform — designed for leadership development, competency mapping, and learning programme evaluation. It is not designed or validated for candidate screening or hiring decisions.

What formats can I build assessments in?

Multiple choice (MCQ), situational judgement tests (SJT), Likert-scale behavioural surveys, open-ended responses, forced ranking, and 360 multi-rater feedback (Studio+). Assessment centre observation with voice note capture is available on Studio and Atelier.
